China wants to buy oil and soybeans from the US: Trump
US President Donald Trump has signaled major progress in energy trade with China, claiming that China has agreed in principle to buy oil from the United States.
Trump said that if this deal is implemented, oil tankers will be sent to China from Texas, Louisiana and Alaska.
According to a report by the Anadolu news agency, Trump said the agreement was reached as part of ongoing discussions to further strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
"I think one of the things we'll reach an agreement on is that they've agreed to buy oil from the United States," he said in an interview
